I'm sure that all of you are tired of me posting my doodles of Tobias... so this will be the last one for a while. He's just so much fun to draw! I wont make you all suffer through my current obsession any longer.

Anywho, this is how I think the beginning of the 2005 revival play should be shot if it were a movie.

Tobias lifted his head into the bright light, coming to terms with the fact that he was straight jacketed and placed in an asylum. His vision was blurred with the story what was hidden behind them: a story of murder and insanity. With nothing but the walls to hear his cries, he opened his mouth tentatively and spoke.

“Attend the Tale of Sweeney Todd…”

I wrote it myself... just how I thought it would be written. I thought of this after reading the synopsis in the booklet that came with the CD, so I'm not sure if thats really how it is.

Um... the Tobias in the chair and straight jacket is how he looked in the play. The other two are of my own design. I sort of like my own design better, but you cant fight Broadway. :shrug: So yeah.

Oh, and sorry for copy/pasting old pictures on there. ^^; I feel so cheap and lazy.

I could SO see this as a animated film. The design is so smooth. I LOVE IT!

Hehe... I'm glad that you like it. XD And, I agree, I think that it would be interesting to see it as an animated film. Although it seems like a very dark story to make it in a medium so light as animation.
